Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to complete the order.
When ordering footwear please order your usual UK size. Many of our styles have a "Now In Stock" banner but due to the high volume of sales we may not have every colour in every size at all times.
If we are unable to meet an order we will email you with an option to cancel the order or if you have paid for an additional delivery service e.g. "Next Day Delivery" you may prefer to have the charge refunded and wait for the short time for delivery of the item.
We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, and JCB.
All orders placed are final as our system is automated and products are ordered immediately, 24 / 7. Any orders cancelled within 21 days will be subject to our re-stocking fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
Gothic Fantasy aims to despatch all orders between 3 - 21 days. You should allow 7 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available after 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short time until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you informed.
Orders to the UK are FREE when you spend over £75.
Orders to the 25 EU countries are £9.99.
Orders to the rest of the world are £19.99. |
Delivery Schedule
Orders are dispatched by First Class Recorded Delivery via the Post Office or Interlink Express Couriers. Your parcel will need to be signed for, so if no one is at the delivery address a calling card will be left so you can collect it yourself from the depot or arrange re-delivery to suit you. When you place your order you can select a different address for delivery e.g. Work or neighbour for convenience. Fantasy Heels accepts no responsibility or liability for goods once they have been signed for by the customer. In the event that a dispatched order is not received by the customer and cannot be traced Fantasy Heels will replace the goods at no extra cost.
All orders are packaged discreetly in plain wrapping with your address and Kevco GB Ltd address on the reverse side.
ANY PARCELS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF FAILED COLLECTIONS WILL BE LIABLE FOR A RE-DELIVERY FEE. |

Credit Card Security
All payments on the Gothic Fantasy website are taken on a secure server by PROTX - a subsidiary of Sage Accountancy. After passing the invoice page in the checkout area of the website you will be transferred to a secure PROTX page. Once there you will enter your credit card / debit card details into the PROTX payment form. You will see the secure padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser which indicates you are paying on a secure server. |

Gothic Fantasy (Kevco GB Ltd) does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and return it to us within 15 days of delivery with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must be unworn and unmarked and undamaged. Please complete the "Refund Sheet" giving details of any replacement style, size and colour or reason for return. Please Note - No Original Box and Packaging, No Refund
Products and boxes that have been worn and/or disfigured are not eligible for refunds as we are unable to re-sell these items.
We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. Gothic Fantasy will refund postage on faulty items. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.
If you chose to have a refund, your card will be re-credited the full amount less additional non-refundable delivery charges such as next day delivery, Saturday delivery or European delivery and a 15% administration fee will be charged for restocking.
NB: All refunds are done on a first come, first served basis. We do refunds daily, but please allow a minimum of 3 days for processing and 10 days for the money to be returned into your account by PROTX. Please allow up to 28 days in extremely busy periods. |
